Saylor-Beall specializes in the manufacturing of two stage air compressors. We are known for our industrial quality designs, prompt shipments and custom applications.

Saylor-Beall’s state of the art manufacturing facility uses eight computer numerically controlled machining centers to form our cylinders, crankshafts, connecting rods, crankcases, cylinder heads, intercoolers and manifolds as well as other parts that make up our air compressor pumps.  This advanced equipment improves quality while reducing costs.

Saylor-Beall employs a progressive scheduling system that builds subcomponents to stock, but releases final assemblies on individual orders.  The result is a system that ships orders more quickly than the competition, while minimizing inventory.

Simplex Reciprocating Air Compressors

Duplex Reciprocating Air Compressors

UL listing assists in acceptance by local codes and regulations. Panel provides single control source for duplex compressors.

• Self contained controls include two magnetic starters, compressor alternator, on/off
  switches, and run lights.
• Power connects to single enclosure.
• Easy operation via toggle switches & run lights.
• Alternation feature provides even run time of compressor pumps.
• Automatically starts two compressors when one unit does not keep up with demand.
• Start/stop operation reduces power usage.
• Isolation feature allows user to manually turn one compressor off.

Air-Cooled Aftercooler
Incorporates a unique design by mounting the heat exchanger in front of the electric motor and mounting a high flow fan on the electric motor shaft.

Magnetic Starter
Protects your compressorʼs electrical system by preventing motor overload.

Low Oil Control
Protects your compressor pump from damage due to lack of lubrication.

Automatic Tank Drain
Increases the life of the tank and the compressed airʼs quality.

Vibration Isolator Pads
Reduces vibration thereby increasing other compressor componentʼs life spans.

Dual Control
